Wallet Biometric Data Policy
Consent and Written Release for the Collection, Use, Disclosure and Storage of Biometric Information In order to verify that you are the person depicted in your government-issued identification, Wallet by BOSS Money uses third-party technology from Incode Technology, Inc. (hereinafter “Incode”) to collect information from or about you, such as your biometric information, selfie, and government-issued identification (collectively, “Biometric Information”). Specifically, Incode will ask you to take a selfie through the Incode Omni Powered by Incode platform through Wallet by BOSS Money’s web and native application.

Incode will then scan and map your facial features in comparison with the picture on your government-issued identification to allow you to access your account with Wallet by BOSS Money.
Biometric Information: Incode may use your Biometric Information for the following purposes, in each case as further described in Incode’s Privacy Policy https://incode.com/incode-privacy-policy/:

To provide the services for which the Biometric Information was provided;

To improve or modify Incode’s products and services; and

To comply with Incode’s obligations under applicable law.
Note that Incode may disclose your Biometric Information to Wallet by BOSS Money and Incode’s service providers, and as otherwise required under applicable law. You can request that Incode delete your Biometric Information at any time by emailing Incode at legalcompliance@incode.com.

For US end users - If you request deletion of your Biometric Information, Incode will not be able to recover it at a later point. Incode will permanently delete Biometric Information that it processes on behalf of Wallet by BOSS Money or for Incode’s own purposes by the earlier of: :info the time at which the purpose for which it was collected has been satisfied; or (ii) three years after your last interaction with Incode.

Driver’s License Information: Using Omni requires us to take a picture of the front and back of your driver’s license. This allows Incode to compare the photo with the real time image of you Incode will capture through the “Let’s Take a Selfie” function. Incode will also collect other information that is on the front and back of your driver’s license, including the barcode. We use this information primarily to verify your identity and to prevent fraud.
